What you will do

Continually identify worthwhile problems and product opportunities through user feedback, usage data, and hands-on experience with our products
Turn ambiguous problems into clear product goals, user flows, requirements, and practical delivery plans
Help design new features and continuously improve existing product experiences, with careful attention to usability, clarity of information, and product details
Set product priorities and phased roadmaps, balancing user value, business goals, technical constraints, and delivery efficiency
Work closely with engineering and other partners from early exploration through launch and iteration, keeping key decisions, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria clear
Track project progress, surface risks early, drive issues to resolution, and take ownership of delivery quality and outcomes
Follow relevant products, technology trends, and market shifts, then turn useful insights into concrete product actions
Create and maintain the documents the team genuinely needs, including product proposals, requirements, design notes, business rules, and user guides

What we are looking for

At least two years of experience in product management or closely related product work
Experience taking a product or feature from initial concept through design, development, launch, and iteration
Strong product judgment and the ability to distinguish the underlying user problem from a requested solution
Clear logical thinking, sound data analysis, and the ability to turn complex business questions into practical product decisions
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
High ownership and dependable self-management in a remote environment
The curiosity and adaptability to learn quickly and work well in a fast-moving product team

You must be proficient with either Codex or Claude Code and able to use it in real product work, not only for occasional prompting
Please include at least one relevant project or work sample with your application. Tell us what you built or improved, how you used Codex or Claude Code, which decisions were yours, and what outcome you achieved. Applications without a relevant example will not move forward

Chinese as a working language is a plus
Experience working on AI SaaS products
Enough technical understanding to explore a codebase, validate assumptions, and communicate clearly with engineers
Experience conducting user interviews or using product data to guide priorities

We start with the real problem. A feature request is evidence, not automatically the answer.
We communicate openly and directly, with respect. Raise risks early, explain your reasoning, and make it easy for others to understand and contribute to decisions.
Products are not built by one person. You are expected to bring structure and judgment while working with engineering and other teammates to find better solutions together.
Remote work is built on trust and ownership. You will have substantial autonomy, and we will rely on you to keep progress visible and follow through.
We care about every detail that makes a product genuinely useful. Launch is not the finish line; continuous refinement matters just as much.
