Enterprise usage is displayed and settled in US dollars. The prices below are standard usage prices before plan discounts. Your Workspace's effective price depends on its active subscription tier.

If an enterprise contract is in effect, its agreed rate and billing terms take precedence over subscription-tier pricing.

Plan discounts apply to standard translation service usage. They do not apply to taxes, telephone carrier charges, or fees separately agreed in an enterprise contract. Usage is charged according to the subscription tier active for the Workspace when the feature is used.

Detailed billing rules

Conversation, image, and selection translation

These features share a free daily translation allowance of 30,000 characters. Usage beyond the allowance is billed at the standard price of US$1 per 35,000 characters.

Each message, image, or selection is calculated separately. The minimum billing unit is 350 characters, or US$0.01. Any partial unit is rounded up to 350 characters. Character counts are based on the source content submitted for translation.

The free daily allowance resets at 00:00 UTC. This is a limited-time offer available through December 31, 2026.

One-way simultaneous interpretation

The standard price is US$7.20 per hour. The minimum billing unit is 5 seconds, or US$0.01. Any partial unit is rounded up to 5 seconds.

Billing continues while speech recognition is active, even when no speech is detected. Pause interpretation when it is not in use.

Two-way simultaneous interpretation

The standard price is US$9.00 per hour. For two-way interpretation, the minimum billing unit is 4 seconds, or US$0.01. Any partial unit is rounded up to 4 seconds.

Audio translation

Audio translation follows the same billing rule as video translation mode 4. Charges are created when a video or audio translation task starts. If translation fails, the corresponding charge is refunded.

Document translation

Document translation is billed per page at a standard price of US$0.07 per page.

Phone translation

Phone translation includes a translation service charge and a telephone carrier charge:

Before starting a call on the web, the system checks the estimated cost of a 5-minute call against the Workspace’s available credit, member quota, and billing status. If the check fails, the call cannot start. This check is not a minimum call charge: translation service charges start only after connection and are based on actual interpretation time; carrier charges are added separately.

Usage records for one call may separately show “Phone translation - Translation fee” and “Phone translation - Phone fee.” The total call cost is the sum of both entries.

Simultaneous Interpretation with GullBot, the Online Meeting Bot

GullBot can join Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet meetings to provide real-time simultaneous interpretation for participants. With two meeting languages selected, it provides two-way interpretation. With three or more languages selected, it automatically detects the language being spoken and translates it into the other selected meeting languages.

GullBot is billed by interpretation duration and the number of selected meeting languages, not by participant count. The standard price for two languages is US$9.00 per hour. For three or more languages, the standard hourly price is US$9.00 × (N − 1), where N is the number of selected meeting languages. The prices below are before plan discounts; the active plan discount or enterprise contract rate applies.

The minimum billing unit is 4 seconds; any partial unit is rounded up to 4 seconds. Charges are based on the number of selected meeting languages and do not change with the number of languages actually spoken. For example, if Chinese, English, and Japanese are selected, the three-language rate still applies even when only Chinese is spoken for part of the meeting. Billing continues while interpretation is active, even when no one is speaking. Pausing interpretation pauses billing, and ending interpretation stops billing.

Event simultaneous interpretation

The standard price is US$120.00 per hour, billed in 3-second units at US$0.10 per unit. Charges are based on active interpretation time for each topic, not on audience size or the number of selected languages. Billing continues during silence while interpretation is active; paused time is not billed. Plan discounts or the effective enterprise contract rate apply.

Start with the feature's standard usage price, then apply the discount for the active plan. For example, Starter is 15% lower, so one-way simultaneous interpretation costs US$7.20 × 85% = US$6.12 per hour.

Which price applies after changing plans?

Usage is charged according to the subscription tier active for the Workspace when the feature is used. The current-plan discount and feature prices shown in the billing page are the basis for settlement.
